The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola contains the famous Rules for the Discernment of Spirits. The Course aims at explaining
the Rules so that one can discern the movements of the various spirits within oneself resulting in a life lived under the guidance of the
Spirit of God. These Rules are also a great help in finding the will of God in the concrete situations and circumstances of life.
